Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order confirmation email is received. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 5-14 days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the package has been shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following shipping carriers:

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Common Pitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check around your delivery location.

2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us at commonpitch.merch@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make changes to your address if your order has not yet gone to production.
